Choice of Trading Space:

• Full Glass Cabinet
• Upper Glass Fronted Cabinet
• Lower Glass Fronted Cabinet
• Stand Space
• Gallery Space

Rental Costs:

• Full Glass Cabinet - £94.90 per calendar month (£3.12 per day)
• Upper Glass Fronted Cabinet - £56.94 per calendar month (£1.87 per day)
• Lower Glass Fronted Cabinet - £42.69 per calendar month (£1.40 per day)
• Stand Space - based on sq foot and location in centre
• Gallery Space - based on location in centre

Rental Period:

An initial commitment to six months of trading continued thereafter on a monthly basis. Rent is payable monthly in advance and is collected by Direct Debit on the 24th of each month (or whichever banking day falls closest to the 24th day of the month). Cancellation of agreement is a minimum of one month's notice by either party.

Other Costs:

• 5% sales commission plus VAT on sales over £20. Minimum sales commission of £1 plus VAT on items less than £20
• 1.6% commission charged on credit card sales
• Twice yearly we deduct £15 from each dealer as a contribution towards the advertising of the centre

Reproduction:

No reproduction goods (furniture, smalls or decorative items). "Reproduction" is fairly difficult to define, however, in this instance we mean brand new items and also items with the exception of catalogued collectables, which have been manufactured in the past 25 years or so.
